1. Acceptance of Terms

10. Account Closure and Termination

Account closure may be implemented with or without prior notice depending on the circumstances.

Upon account closure initiated by 790pub for breach of Terms or fraudulent activity, all funds in the account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary account closure requested by the player or closure for non-breach reasons, any remaining balance (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any pending verification procedures and deduction of any outstanding fees or charges.
